District 118 to Implement E-Learning Day - Monday, March 16, 2026
As a result of the continuing snowfall, ice, and strong winds in our area, all District 118 schools will implement an E-Learning Day today, Monday, March 16, 2026.
*Key Details*
School Campuses: All District 118 campuses will be closed on Monday, March 16, 2026.
Transportation: No transportation will be provided, including for students attending out-of-district schools.
Activities: Athletics and activities will be decided on a case by case basis and will be communicated by a school administrator or coach/advisor.
Learning Plans: Teachers and principals will communicate specific details regarding today’s e-learning plans and expectations. The District 118 E-Learning Plan Guidebook is available on the district website.
As always, these decisions are made with the safety and well-being of our students and staff as the highest priority.
